Join #TeamAidan

During the three days Aidan was with us, we gave him a lifetime of love, and in turn we possess more love because of him. We wanted to transform our grief into an ongoing effort that would help others, and this work has grown over time. We initially started fundraising as Aidan's CDs and LPs, selling much of our larger-than-average music collection along with media donated by family and friends. We became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in February 2010 and ultimately decided on the name Aidan's Angels, Inc.

  • Aidan's story was featured in Because They Lived, edited by Katy Larsen, in 2013. The book shares the stories of families who have experienced the loss of a baby, and all proceeds are being donated to nonprofit organizations whose work relates to pregnancy and infant loss.
  • Aidan's Angels was given a profile in the Canadian NICU Support Foundation's blog on 7/20/12, and was mentioned in an article about nonprofits in the Raleigh News and Observer on 12/25/11 (both links are now private).
